Subject to stock availability, we aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours of confirmation. We endeavor to keep our stock updated but should your order be processed and an item is sold out, we will notify you to make an arrangement to either send you the item as soon as it’s back in stock or refund you.
No product will be shipped until payment has been made in full. Unfortunately orders cannot be amended once they have been dispatch. Should you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you must follow our returns procedure. You will be liable for all return delivery costs.
Refunds & Returns
We want you to be happy with your order but if for whatever reason you are dissatisfied, we offer a returns policy on all products excluding perishable products such as food and beverage.
Please note that due to the perishable nature our products, all food and beverage items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they are faulty, damaged beyond usable or there are missing components. If this is the case, you are entitled to a refund of the total amount you paid, including costs to send the item to you.
To request a refund or exchange, please use the contact form or email us at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your goods. If you are returning the item to us, you have another 14 days to return the goods to us once we have received your request. You are liable for the cost of postage when returning the goods for a refund. Returned goods must not be damaged, used or opened and must be in a sellable state. We reserve the right to reject any return goods if the above is not met.

Faulty items can be returned to us at any time. Should you need to inform us for an exchange or refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us of your Order Number and Item name, along with the nature of the fault. If a component is missing, we aim to dispatch the missing piece as soon as possible on provision of an address.
